Terms of Service

1. About This Platform
EliteCompanion ("the Platform", "we", "us") is an online advertising directory that allows independent adult service providers ("Advertisers") to publish profiles, and visitors ("Clients") to browse them. We are a listing service only: we are not an agency, we do not employ Advertisers, we do not arrange meetings, and we are not a party to any interaction, agreement, or transaction between Advertisers and Clients.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use the Platform in any way. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that accessing adult-oriented content is legal in your location. Advertisers must additionally complete our identity verification process before their profile can be published.
3. Advertiser Obligations
Advertisers confirm that: (a) they are advertising exclusively on their own behalf, voluntarily and independently; (b) all profile information, photos, and videos are genuine, current, and depict only themselves; (c) they hold all rights to the content they upload; and (d) their activity complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they operate. Advertising on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any profile at any time, with or without notice.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement: content involving or referencing persons under 18; human trafficking, coercion, or any non-consensual activity; content uploaded without the depicted person's consent; false, misleading, or impersonating profiles; and any illegal activity under applicable law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigating suspected violations.
5. Payments and Refunds
Paid features (profile boosts, premium memberships) are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown before purchase. Boosts activate immediately upon payment and are non-refundable once active. Premium memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Payments removed or reversed through chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Reviews and User Content
Client reviews are moderated before publication and must reflect genuine experiences. We may edit, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion. By submitting any content to the Platform you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the Platform.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we verify Advertiser identities, we do not guarantee the accuracy of profile content and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the spirit of the Platform's safety rules. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support through your dashboard.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Platform.
